Rules and Regulations
1. For the purposes of this rewards program, a "Referral"
is defined as: Your submission of a potential candidate's
name (other than yourself) to IT Convergence. Candidates will
not be considered referrals if they have previously been submitted
as referrals, already exist in our database, and/or have previously
been reviewed internally.
2. YOU WIN IF: your referral is placed by IT Convergence for
a job with one of our clients and they stay on the job for
90 days. You must claim your prize within one year of being
notified of your winner status.
3. We will only be notifying persons who have sent us a valid
referral at the time the placement is made. All others should
bookmark this web site to see news regarding this contest.
4. There is no limit to the number of referrals you may make
however you are limited to one prize per referral. If a Visor
PDA is not desired by the contest winner, a $100 gift certificate
from Cyperian Outpost (include graphic and link out--opens
new window) is available. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery
of the selected prize.
5. All information will be treated with the strictest confidentiality
and no information will be given to ANY outside organization
or individual without the expressed permission of the subject.

6. This contest is Void where prohibited.
7. With any submission you agree to the stated Rules and Regulations.

be sure and include the referral's first and last name, title,
company, office and/or home phone number, and e-mail addresse
for each referral. Also, be sure to include your own first
